V-change-domain-owner only moves web domain

I wanted to move a domain from one user to another, according to Move dns domains/zones from user1 to user2 it should move everything.
But I tested it on two domains, both of which have Web+DNS+Mail in the owner account, and it only moved the web domain itself. The page is working fine too, but I want the mails transferred as well!

Interesting: If I try it again, it says the user already owns it.
If I delete the web domain and try again, it moves the DNS records.
If I delete the DNS records and try again, it moves the mails.
