Which Linux distro is recommended for HestiaCP?

Hello,

I am new to Hestiacp. I would like to know which Linux distro is recommended for HestiaCP.

Ubuntu 24.04 LTS or Debian 12?

Your opinions would be helpfull to me.

Both work out of the box with HCP & vice versa.

Personally I always prefer Debian compared to Ubuntu. For me it is the easiest to work with and very fast, and works flawlessly for me. I have always avoided Ubuntu tbvh.

Started using ubuntu since 2009, got fcked by nvidia, switched back to windows but still use ubuntu since then for servers. Basicly it doesnt matter, both OS are good and supported by hestia.
