When you navigate from the admin panel to phpMyAdmin, you get a 404 error

I have no issues at all on a test server installed originally with 1.10.4 and upgraded to 1.10.5. But I had kind of similar issue when I upgraded a production server from 1.9.8 to 1.10.4 (later updated to 1.10.5). I solved it by checking new config options here:
Prior, on 1.9.8 there was just only 1 option showed as enabled, I set both on enabled and didn’t work, I set both to disabled, save and later on, I enable SSO and save and test, later I have enable restrict phpMyAdmin… save again
Note: If you have both enabled when you open the phpMyAdmin button alone will show a coming soon page (at least in my case), if you set enable only SSO, then when phpMyAdmin button is press it should show you phpMyAdmin login page.
I typically use https://somewebsite.com/phpmyadmin
Sorry, I’ve experienced the same thing from the BUTTON. I don’t think that https://hestia6.someotherdomain.com:8083/phpmyadmin is SUPPOSED to work.
But it’s never worked for me that way.
