nothing does

i was on cli uploading backups, when i tried to log back: impossible

Enough disk space

no, it’s not enabled
largely enough disk space

the login page doesn’t display any message, it just reloads after clicking to validate credentials

for hestia/data/sessions, i have
drwxrwx--- 2 admin admin 4096 Aug 8 13:19 sessions

ran a reboot

Check if you have disabled cookies in your browser

no i don’t disable cookies in my 3 browsers and can access other web spaces, like this one …

is there another log file to check out?

i’ve just found this in

/usr/local/hestia/data/users/admin/system.log

v-check-user-password admin

Usage: v-check-user-password USER PASSWORD [IP] [RETURN_HASH]

might be a cache problem

when i type in my browsers mydomain.com: ok

when i type mydomain.COM:2083
i get a new message from epic browser:
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

helps would be very helpful please
i had every thing reinstalled and i’m blocked right after
didn’t have time to do the backups
sites are down

Check if all services are running.

thanks JL
i’ve reinstalled
again

i’ve reinstalled, exact same thing happens
i didn’t have time to do much …
on ubuntu 22, ssh key, last hestia, add users, one domain, upload backups, reload 2 or 3 times, and then blocked: login screen spins around without giving a message …
@jlguerrero can you tell me how i can check those services you’re mentioning?

I think it is v-list-sys-services

thanks a lot, i appreciate

here is what i get back:

hi
it’s clearly when i import a backup that the login goes loop

i’ve v-restored only one user, not the admin that has been set manually
right after the restore, the panel asks for login and password, and goes on looping again

the file had been reset to : chmod admin:user as supposed

can you please give more help and advices?
thanks

Probably you admin password has the wrong encoding. Just restore the websites and not the admin user…
