i didn’t have time to do much …
on ubuntu 22, ssh key, last hestia, add users, one domain, upload backups, reload 2 or 3 times, and then blocked: login screen spins around without giving a message …
@jlguerrero can you tell me how i can check those services you’re mentioning?
I think it is v-list-sys-services

hi
it’s clearly when i import a backup that the login goes loop
i’ve v-restored only one user, not the admin that has been set manually
right after the restore, the panel asks for login and password, and goes on looping again
the file had been reset to : chmod admin:user as supposed
can you please give more help and advices?
thanks

Probably you admin password has the wrong encoding. Just restore the websites and not the admin user…
