I contacted the hosting company and they said the server is working but they cannot help as the hosting is customized (Hestiacp) unlike cpanel.
But i cannot even login to hestiacp login

If you’ve setup the server on your own, you’ll need to find a sysadmin which is willing to help you out. But this is out of the expected range of this forum.
are you using the admin username and the password you defined upon installation?
is it a MFA / 2FA problem?
I just wish I could whitelist my Dynamic-public-ip. thats my only complaint about hestiaCP.
I absolutely DETEST cpanel.
Hi, did you fix this yet? If you need an admin to fix it I can do it on a donation basis in short order. It would be better if you describe the problem, the experience, not just I cannot log in and the site is down, details are helpful.
